The Storm of the 12th, part 2

Here is what the guys found at 12:15…about an hour and 15 minutes after the previous post. The water is obviously starting to go back down. Once it stops raining, the water levels usually go back down fairly quickly.

The surface was rough, but we could not tell how rough until the water went down more.

The rocks and gravel that are washed down to the creek crossing seem to have filled in the area right in front of the pipes on that side of the crossing. As you can see, the rake Dave is holding is not going very far into the water.
